As we count down the days until March Madness, I am going to put out my top 10 2020 NCAA predictions for next month. Just note, I currently have no track record, just a big sports fanatic.
10. Vernon Carey Jr. will be the leading scorer in the 2020 NCAA tournament.
9. San Diego State will remain undefeated coming into the tournament.
8. Three teams in the Big 10 will make the Sweet 16, with only one advancing to the Elite Eight.
7. One of the No.1 seeds will lose in the first round of March Madness.
6. Villanova will lose in the Round of 32 for the fifth time in the last seven years.
5. By the end of the first weekend, someone will score a game-winning buzzer beater.
4. Michigan will win as many games in the NCAA tournament as Michigan State.
3. The champion of the tournament will either feature a coach who has never won a national title, or will be a first-time winner.
2. In the second weekend, we will see an ACC vs. ACC matchup.
1. BYU will be the school with a first-year head coach that advances the furthest.
